Lapazul’s chef pride himself in using fresh locally grown food to create one of a kind menus that you can experience throughout your stay as they are included in your retreat (alcohol beverages excluded). The chef will work with you to customize your selections to match your group and retreat.
You can find us early in the morning selecting from the day’s catch. And each day local farmers provide us with an amazing assortment of fresh produce for the things we can’t supply from our own edible garden. The Costa Rican climate lends itself to year-round fresh fruit and vegetables like bananas, pineapples, yucca, and many tropical fruits. And don’t to forget the world renown Costa Rican coffee.
